The Property  This is a 4,500 sqft building, on the corner of Knaresborough Place and Collingham Place, just to the south of Cromwell Road (A4) within no more than two or three minutes walk from Cromwell Hospital and a major Sainsbury’s supermarket on Cromwell Road. The Marriott Hotel is next door.

It was rebuilt behind a retained façade about 25 years ago and was used by Canning School for adult education. We have recently obtained planning consent for medical/dental use and plan to convert the building into high end serviced medical/dental consulting rooms for occupation by GP’s, consultants, specialists, etc.

Why Buy?  We have carried out considerable research into the availability of consulting rooms in Inner London and the demand for them. We believe that this is an expanding area and have joined forces with Dr Isabelle Granger-Cohet, who has considerable experience in this field.

We have commissioned Utility, the designers we very successfully used at Reigate, to come up with a scheme which will convert the building into attractive, functional and yet welcoming spaces. The result will be a professionally designed medical facility not yet seen in the UK. It will provide medical practitioners with an exceptional working environment and, simultaneously, patients with a completely new experience. We aim to provide more of an hotel experience than a medical one.
